Francesca Michelini

Francesca Michelini

Founder & President

Francesca Michelini is the founder and driving force behind Nameless Ministries, a community rooted in dignity, consistency, and authentic human connection. With a heart for service and a deep commitment to seeing and honoring each individual, she has cultivated a space where both guests and volunteers experience true belonging. As a PhD candidate at the University of Florida in the FYCS department, Francesca's work extends beyond outreach into research focused on homelessness, bridging lived experience with systems-level understanding. Her approach is grounded in compassion, structure, and a belief that meaningful change begins with relationship. Through Nameless Ministries, Francesca leads with intention, creating opportunities for others to serve, connect, and grow. Her work reflects a simple but powerful truth: meet people where they are at and show God's love through actions.

Milani Johnson

Board Member (2021 to Present)

As an original board member of Nameless Ministries, Milani Johnson plays a vital role in advancing the organization's mission to address food insecurity and serve individuals experiencing homelessness throughout the Tampa community. Since 2021, she has helped shape and grow the organization's consistent, hands-on outreach efforts, including weekly service in downtown Tampa. A Tampa native, Milani has witnessed the city's rapid growth alongside the increasing need for support among those facing housing and food insecurity. This perspective fuels her deep commitment to giving back, with a special place in her heart for veterans and others navigating difficult circumstances. In her role on the Board of Directors, Milani leads and manages the organization's social media presence across multiple platforms, helping to expand awareness, strengthen community engagement, and extend the reach of Nameless Ministries. She also remains actively involved on the ground, regularly volunteering during Saturday service efforts and supporting overall operations. Professionally, Milani serves as a Network Director within a health plan focused on supporting individuals receiving government assistance. She also partners with her employer, an organization that emphasizes volunteerism, to create opportunities for associates to give back through organized service events with Nameless Ministries. Milani is guided by a simple belief: if you can help, you should. Through both her leadership and service, she is committed to making a meaningful and lasting impact in the community Nameless Ministries serves.

Stephen A. Michelini

Stephen A. Michelini

Board Member

Stephen A. Michelini is a seasoned governmental relations consultant and land use expert based in Tampa, Florida, with over four decades of experience in urban planning, economic development, and regulatory affairs. He holds multiple degrees in American Studies and Sociology from the University of South Florida and began his career in public service, including roles as a city planner and staff assistant to the Mayor of Tampa. Since founding his consulting firm in 1987, Michelini has advised individuals, corporations including Fortune 500 companies, and major development projects on zoning, permitting, and strategic planning. Recognized as an expert witness in land use and zoning, he has played a key role in numerous high-profile developments across the Tampa Bay area. In addition to his consulting work, he has held leadership roles in several civic and business organizations and remains actively involved in community and international trade initiatives.

Nicholas Michelini

Nicholas Michelini has been faithfully serving the homeless community since 2018, bringing both skill and heart to his work at Nameless Ministries. At just 15 years old, he felt a calling to start the bike ministry, where he began repairing bicycles for guests, restoring not only transportation, but also dignity and independence. An Eagle Scout and graduate of Hillsborough Community College's Electrical Lineworker Program, Nicholas now works as an electrical apprentice. Nicholas carries a deep commitment to helping others and showing up where he is needed most.

Karen Conroy is a seasoned entrepreneur and the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fundraising For A Cause, the world's largest manufacturer of awareness products. After witnessing firsthand the challenges of fundraising when her sister was diagnosed with breast cancer, Karen launched the business in 2005 with just 10 products out of her home, and it has since grown into a globally recognized leader in cause-related merchandise that helps nonprofits and individuals raise funds and awareness for important issues. Under her leadership, Fundraising For A Cause has expanded its offerings and has thousands of high-quality products that support a wide range of causes, from health and wellness to social advocacy. Karen's innovative approach and commitment to purpose-driven entrepreneurship have enabled organizations of all sizes to amplify their impact through meaningful fundraising efforts. Karen's work reflects her passion for community support and social good, and she continues to use her business expertise and heartfelt dedication to make a difference in causes that matter.
